Late Arrivals Policy
In order to respect time for other guests, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or will have to forgo parts of service in order to keep me on time for my next guest.
2 Day Cancellation Policy
At The Key Salon, I reserve time slots just for you. I ask that you please let me know if you are unable to make it 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. When you are able to give me 48 hours notice this allows me to schedule my other guests that have been patiently waiting on my stand-by list.
I will send you a text/email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unsure about your original appointment date please feel free to reach out to me.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided 50% of the total services that were booked for the day will be due before scheduling any further appointments. If the cancellation is made the same day as the appointment 100% of the total appointment will be due.
Service Guarantee
I strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service please let me know within 5 days and I will redo your hair free of charge. If it is past 5 days please still call me and the situation will be addressed by case.
Product Guarantee
Your satisfaction is always most important to me. I will gladly accept product exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase as long as the product is at least 1/2 full.
Kids Policy
In my studio, I have lots of sharp objects and things that kids could get hurt by. For the safety of your children, only kids with appointments are allowed.
